Lauren & Daniel – Engaged!! – Lebanon & Nashville, TN Wedding Photographer

I’ve been a little out of pocket lately due to our move, but we are officially in our new house!!  I am now surrounded by mounds and mounds of boxes and can barely walk through the majority of the home.  However, my desk and computer are now set up and I’m trying to hammer out those last few sessions and even order  a few Christmas Cards!!  Hopefully, I can count my own in those after tonight, but we’ll see!!

Due to our move, the holidays, Claire’s Birthday, etc, last weekend was my last weekend of sessions for the year.  The weather was wonderful, and not at all what I expected when I scheduled sessions for the first week in December!!  I was so thankful though!  I first shot a sweet family that had been given a gift certificate months ago and then headed out to Volunteer Tree Farm to meet Lauren & Daniel for an engagement session!  Lauren and I threw around a bunch of different options when trying to decide where to shoot, and finally we all agreed this would be a fun and a little bit different place!  Of course, lots of other people thought it would be a good place to go that day too, so we had to dodge the people who debated how short, tall, round, fat, etc each tree was, but I loved shooting here!!  This was our first time meeting each other, and I am even more excited about their June wedding!!

After we walked around the tree farm for awhile, we headed down the road a few miles to Lauren’s parents’ lake home.  It was such a gorgeous afternoon, and I’m so thrilled with the sunset we had!  Simply gorgeous!!  You two were a blast, and I can’t wait to be a part of your celebration!!  Enjoy this little glimpse of our time together!!
